Majestic Hotel Spa - Champs Elysees, Paris

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to major attractions like the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. The rooms, although spacious and beautifully appointed, were undergoing renovations during my stay causing some noise disturbance. The service was efficient and friendly, confirming prices and accommodating our group well. The dining options were basic and limited, though the location on a quiet street was superb.

Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be serviced by their own lift, making access unique. While the room was somewhat nicer and larger, it wasn't as described, with our family suite featuring a sofa bed instead of twin beds. The cleanliness was a bit lacking upon check-in, but we understood and expected it during busy times.

The hotel was very spacious but not clean upon arrival, which was somewhat expected as we were early for check-in. The rooms were not ready on time, which was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though old-fashioned, were very comfortable. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't reliable on two days, and noise from the loading dock was an issue. The service was accommodating and helpful, but there were discrepancies about the spa's condition. The location was superb, though a bit challenging to find. Dining was average, with limited choices and high prices.
